Fraudulent Activities

Soak It In - Artisan Soap LLC takes every order seriously and with that we have in place several methods to catch fraudulent shoppers.  One method is Real-Time Transaction Analysis to flag suspicious activities.  This means that anyone using a stolen credit card, using an inaccurate mailing address, etc., will be flagged in our system and the order will either be spearheaded before it can be placed or if the order manages to get through, it will be flagged as Fraudulent.  This means that, that order will automatically be cancelled.  In all cases, the Fraudulent Team we have in place will be notified and the transaction trail will be captured for further investigation.  No exception.

We also have our Fraudulent Team capturing all of the fraudulent specific "abandon cart" attempts as well.  This helps support a broader effort to help stop and catch those individuals attempting and committing crimes through various channels and platforms.
