At this time, Soak It In – Artisan Soap LLC ships orders within the United States only.

We appreciate the interest from customers outside the U.S., however we are currently unable to offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future and thank you for your understanding.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time and may ship closer to 5 business days.

If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you by email to discuss the next steps. Options may include:

Waiting until the item is restocked (when applicable)
Selecting an alternate product
Receiving a refund for the unavailable item

Shipping Method

Orders are typically shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which generally delivers within 2–5 business days once the package has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.
