At Soak It In – Artisan Soap LLC, we want you to enjoy your purchase. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
Once we review the information, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds or Replacements
If your product arrives damaged during shipping or there is an error with your order, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund for the affected item
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment when applicable.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can assist you. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will work to resolve issues promptly.
Handmade Product Notice
Our soaps and bath products are handmade in small batches, so variations in color, design, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are part of the unique character of handcrafted products and do not affect product quality.
